Mr. Alex Lightner Jr., 57, of Charlotte, passed away on March 20, 2016 at CMC-Mercy. Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Grier Memorial Chapel. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon. Burial will follow at Upper Hope Station Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 7970 Ashford Ferry Road, Carlisle, S.C. 29031.
