Alhadji Kamara, 17 of Charlotte, passed away in a car accident on Thursday, November 7, 2019. He is the son of Hawa Kamara and the late Musa Kamara.  The oldest of 10 children, Haji was raised in Charlotte, NC and would have graduated from Vance High School in 2021.

He was a gentle, smart and caring young man that loved his family wholeheartedly.

Alhaji was preceded in death  by his sister, Amy Kamara, Massah Kamara and his father Musa Kamara.  Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Hawa Kamara; older brothers, Musa Kamara Jr. and Boakai Kamara; Twin sister, Lukiatu (Lu) Kamara; younger brothers, Alhaji M. Kamara and Diawoda Kamara and younger siblings, Darryiun, Abdoul, Gennether (Gigi), Emmanuel Kamara and God-parents: Darrell and Robin Sturivant.

Haji was a son, brother and friend to so many people.  He loved to run track, be a big brother to his younger siblings and caring for his mother as the man of the house.
