Mrs. Annette Neal Brown 89, of Charlotte, passed on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Presbyterian Hospital. Funeral service will be on Monday, March 11,2013 at 12 noon in Grier Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be from 11 a.m.to 12 noon. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery.
