Mrs. Annie Pearl McGowan, 93 of Charlotte, passed away on August 29, 2017 at Liberty Commons, Salisbury. Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Friday, September 8, 2017 at Ebenezer Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon. Burial will follow at York Memorial Park.
