Ms. Annie Pearl McKeithan, 67 of Charlotte, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Atrium Health-Main.  She was born to the late Gertha and Esther McKeithan on September 5, 1952.

Annie attended Armstrong High School in Eastover, NC.  She didn't play sports but as a child she loved traditional games like hop scotch, marbles and hide-n-seek.  She worked at PLFD YMCA where she dedicated many years working with city youth.  She was last employed at Cadence Senior Living as a Patient Care Assistant.  She loved her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. Annie was a member of The Church of God in Charlotte, NC where she gave her heart to the Lord a year ago.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gertha and Esther McKeithan; brothers, Gertha McKeithan, Jr., John Curtis McKeithan, Robert Earl McKeithan, and daughter, LaTonya Michelle McKeithan.

She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Robert Epps, Sr. of Plainfield, NJ; sons, Darryl McKeithan of Stone Mountain, GA and Jamaal McKeithan of Irvington, NJ; daughters, LaKeisha Shalon McKeithan of East Orange,NJ, Angiela McKeithan of Plainfield, NJ and Erica McKeithan of North Plainfield, NJ; sisters, Dorothy L. Beverley of Charlotte, NC, Elnora Murray (Ossian) of Springfield, Ohio, and Margaret Ross (John) of Charlotte, NC; brothers, Stanford McKeithan (Sylvia) of Perth Amboy, NJ and Wilbert McKeithan (Wanda) of Springfield, Ohio; twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
