Ms. Beverly A. Robinson, 66, of Charlotte, NC., departed this life on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at Atrium Pineville.

Beverly Ann Robinson, born on March 19, 1956, in Charlotte, North Carolina, was the daughter of the late John and OraLee Robinson.

Ann was a warrior who fought a courageous battle with cancer and beat it.  She was a beautiful mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.  Ann had a heart of gold and her kindness and generosity were felt throughout the community.  She was known as the candy lady and loved her "Candy Kids."  Ann loved working in her yard, exercising, volunteering at church, and walking.  Her legs were proof of her love for walking, and she was a true Beauty Queen.  She was a hustler who had a talent for turning challenges into opportunities.  She was a positive force who always had a bright outlook on life, even during difficult times.  Her glass was always half full, and she inspired those around her to see the good in every situation.  Her determination and "can-do" attitude made her an inspiration to all who knew her.

Ann was preceded in death by her son, Lee Antione Robinson "Coochie" and her niece, Shonda Dukureh.

She leaves behind her only daughter, Beverly Robinson Smith (Maurice Smith); three grandchildren, Romaya Robinson, Kimari Smith and Kimora Smith; three sisters, Diane Robinson, Patricia Hamilton (Jerry Hamilton), LeeOra Anderson (Ricky Anderson); two brothers, John Robinson Jr. and James Lewis Robinson; three nieces, Helen Robinson, Quina Robinson, Olivia Robinson; four nephews, Antonio Robinson, Terrice Robinson, and Sampson Robinson, Cedrick Gaston; and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews.

Ann was a loving, caring and kind person who adored her family and friends.  Her warmth was unmatched and her memory will live on through those who loved and cared for her.  She did not believe in goodbyes, so as we celebrate her homegoing, it is indeed a "see you later."  She will be greatly missed, but heaven gained an angel.
