Mr. Billie Manning Sr., 77 of Charlotte, passed away on October 4, 2017 at Novant Health.  Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Monday, October 9, 2017 at Greater Gethsemane AME Zion Church, 531 Campus St .  Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon.  Burial will follow at North Pinewood Cemetery.
