Blondell LaVata Stowe Phronebarger, was the daughter of the late James Albert Stowe, Sr., and Dolores Boyd Stowe. Blondell was born December 6, 1944, in Charlotte, North Carolina, and she went home to be with the LORD on March 28, 2022.
Blondell attended and graduated from West Charlotte High School. She was employed and retired from Frito Lay as a Coordinator. Blondell was a faithful member of New Zion Missionary Baptist Church, where she served on the Usher Board, Women's Ministry, and New Zion Musical Choir.
