Ms. Bobbie Jean Simmons 62, of Charleston, SC, formerly of Charlotte,NC, passed on January 14, 2014 at Tall Pines Assisted Living Facilities in Charleston, SC. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 19, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at Grier Heights Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Beatties Ford Memorial Garden. Survivors are: her daughter, Shanieka Shene Paul-McCoy (Job); sisters, Inez Alexander (Raymond) and Frances S. Cheatham; nephew, James W. Alexander; niece, Ramine C. Alexander.
