Obituary
Mr. Bobby Ray Foster 59, of Charlotte, passed away on March 25, 2016 at Monroe Rehab. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Grier Memorial Chapel. Visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery.
