Byron Bishop Coleman, Jr. was the beloved son to Byron B. Coleman, Sr., and the late Janette Cardwell born on June 1, 1991 in Yonkers, N.Y.
Byron was proud to earn to his GED, showing a commitment to personal growth and making a better life for him and his children and recently enrolled in College to further his education. Byron was gifted and had a passion in the field of Culinary Arts. He was last employed at Roosters as a chef.
He will be remembered for his contagious laughter, competitive spirit at the spades table and unwavering love for his family. His presence lit up every room he entered and he made everyone around him feel valued and seen. He was an avid Giants fan, Chess, and Video Game connoisseur.
Byron is preceded by his mother Janette Cardwell, his three uncles; Wayne A. Lipscomb, Sr., Calvin E. Lipscomb, Sr., and James Cardwell, Jr.; paternal grandfather, Bishop Coleman, and Maternal Grandfather; James Cardwell, Sr. We take comfort in knowing they have welcomed him with open arms.
He is survived by and leaves to cherish his wonderful memories; father; Byron B. Colman, Sr., one son; Byron B. Coleman, III; one daughter Kairee Coleman and Ceaira Cruz, 2 brothers; Chase Coleman, Christopher Watson, 2 nieces; Jainiya Dobson & Yazmin Coleman, 2 grandmothers; maternal: Casleen Cardwell and paternal; Helen Lipscomb, 5 aunts; Candice Cardwell, Arvita (Damon) Davis, LaShawn Johnson and Sabrina D. Stephens and Katrina Sams, 2 childhood friends/brothers; Darrell Stith & Paul Tyndale, and a host of family and friends.
