Mr. Caleb DeShawn Thompson, 18, of Charlotte, NC departed this life on Sunday, September 24, 2023.  He was born on June 28, 2005, in Charlotte, NC.

At an early age, he was interested in technology and could often be found gaming, making beats, or preparing delicious food.  Caleb was an early graduate from Phillip O. Berry Academy of Technology and was a scholar at the Charlotte Area Fund studying HVAC.

Caleb leaves to cherish fond memories his mother Charde' Thompson; his father, Cedric Jackson; his brother, Charles Smith III; two sisters, Yazmin Lowery and Skylar Jackson; his grandparents, Sharon Jackson, William Pearson and Detra and Charles Thompson; five uncles, Charles Thompson, Jr., Shane Thompson, Brandon Moore, Julian Brown, and Joshua Thompson; two aunts, Eboni Pearson and Tywanna Thompson Hampton; and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
