Mrs. Carrie Lee Ham 81, of Charlotte, died peacefully on June 7, 2015 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House, Huntersville, NC with her family surrounded by her side. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2015, 1:30 p.m. at Kingdom Hall Jehovah's Witnesses- Clanton Road. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Interment will be at Charlotte Memorial Garden,7632 Hood Road. Mrs. Ham a house wife, was born in Darlington, SC. and was last employed by Pelton & Crane Company in Charlotte. Survivors are: her husband, Roosevelt F. Ham; 2 sons, Benjamin Ham of Charlotte; and Franklin Ham, Jr. of Brooklyn, NY; daughter, Daras Ham Butler of Charlotte; brother, Elijah Thames of Charlotte; sisters. Margaret Thames, Betty Jones, Catherine Jones, Linda Smith and Patricia Roberts, all of Charlotte; niece, Belinda Richardson, also of Charlotte.
