Mrs. Carrie Howard 59, of Charlotte, passed on September 25, 2013 at her residence. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at Victory Christian Center at 11:30 a.m. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Interment will be at Beatties Ford Memorial Garden.
