Mrs. Cecilia Ann Jones, 63 of Charlotte, passed away on October 18, 2018 at Atrium Health, Huntersville. She is survived by her husband, Vernon Jones, her children, Michael McCoy Jr. of Winston Salem and CeAndria Jones of Charlotte, brothers, Johnny Meeks, Frankie Meeks (Elizabeth), Robert Meeks all of Charlotte, Reginald Meeks of Buffalo NY., sister, Brenda Richmond (David) of Charlotte, and grandchildren Elijah McCoy of Winston Salem and Kassidy Shorter of Charlotte.
