Chantelle Eli'Tishia Patterson, 44 of Charlotte, NC passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2021. She was born May 18, 1977 to the late Eddie Osborne, Jr. and Mary Patterson. She was the oldest of 3 siblings.

Chantelle loved to volunteer with Gabe's Heart Foundation and was also a part of the Mother Dreamer Movement. She loved spending time with her granddaughter doing arts and crafts.

Chantelle is loved and remembered by her children; daughter, Bre'Anna Miche'lla Patterson Torrence of Kannapolis, NC and son, Malik Cha'vez Patterson-Bowens of Salisbury, NC; grandchildren, Anyla Steele and Montreal Steele, Jr., along with the unborn grandchild that she was looking forward to see and love and the stepdad that raised her, Jerry Hamilton; her siblings, Tiffany Hamilton and Kelo Hamilton; a host of other relatives and friends.
