Mr. Charles Edward Hilliard, of Charlotte passed away at Novant Presbyterian Hospital-Matthews on Nov. 25, 2015 . Funeral service will be held Friday Dec. 4, 2015 10:00 am at Grier Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will take place at Hilliard Family Cemetery- Garner, NC.
