Mr. Charles Knight, 85 of Chester, S.C. formerly of Charlotte, passed away on September 13, 2017 at his residence. A visitation will be held at 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon on Monday, September 18, 2017 at Our Lady Consolation Catholic Church, 2301 Statesville Avenue, Charlotte, with the funeral service beginning at 12 noon.   Burial will follow at York Memorial Park.  He was a retired postal mail carrier with the US Postal Service.

A wake will be held on Sunday, September 17, 2017 beginning at 5:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church.
