Charles Douglas Livingston, passed on September 15, 2013 at his residence. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at Grier Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Interment will be on Monday,September 23, 2013 at 12 noon at Beatties Ford Memorial Garden.
