Ms. Cheryl Wallace Campbell was born on July 29, 1958 to the late Thomas Charles Fielder and Margaret Wallace Robinson in Charlotte, NC. She peacefully departed this earth on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. She was a daughter, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Cheryl was baptized at an early age and attended Greater Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. She was an active member at Millennium Temple Baptist Church.

She attended Garinger High School in 1977. Shortly after that Cheryl retired from Lance, Inc. after twenty-two years, followed by, ten years at Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. Her most recent position was at Carter's as a Sales Associate where she enjoyed shopping.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories; son, DeCedrick Campbell (Charisse), daughters; Dechere Campbell, Crisal McGill (Rufus); sisters, Wilhemina Lee, Teresa Wallace, and Pamela Freeman; brothers, Michael Wallace (Shirley), Theodore Wallace (Alison), Reginald Wallace (LaTonya), Kevin Fielder, Thomas "Junebug" Fielder, Alton Fielder; special sisters-in-law, honorary sister, Cheryl Hailey; honorary daughters, ShaQueda Gray, Shanicka Simmons, and Joronda Fetterson, ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren, special cousins, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many, many friends.
