Christina Marie Gordon was born on October 21, 1988 in Charlotte, North Carolina to proud parents, Edmund and Sandra Gordon.  She passed away and entered into eternal life on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.

Christina attended school at Reid Park Elementary in the French Immersion program.  She graduated from Harding University High School in June of 2007.  Christina was always very creative and outgoing with a healthy social spirit that was apparent with her gift to gab.  She was competitive in and out of school.  She won the Dillard's Teen Model search in 2004 and was a student of the piano where she performed in recitals and received several awards.

Christina's many job ventures are a testament to her ambitious spirit, always setting goals for the future.  She was a flight attendant for US Airways before returning to school at Kings College getting her Medical Assistant Certificate.  This led to her outstanding career in the Medical Field working for Carolinas Medical Center.  She was a very devoted and disciplined worker who knew her job well and received several accolades.  Christina was an entrepreneur and dreamed of one day being her own boss and taking care of her parents.  She started her own business part time making chocolate covered strawberries.  Christina loved to travel, dress well, and had kind words with a wonderful attitude.  Most of all, Christina loved her family and friends.

Christina was preceded in death by her grandparents, Frank Edmund Gordon, John Thomas Aiken, Sr. and Lillian Wheeler Aiken and an uncle, John Thomas Aiken, Jr.

Christina will be sadly missed by her father, Edmund Frank Gordon; mother,  Sandra Gail Gordon; brother, Quentin Maurice Aiken, all of Charlotte, NC.; grandmother, Clanthie Ferguson Gordon of Philadelphia, PA; uncle and aunt, Anthony and Mary Gordon of Houston, TX; uncle, Rodney Gordon of Honolulu, HI; uncle and aunt, Daryal and Phyllis Mayfield of Charlotte, NC; aunt, Vivian Stroud of Rock Hill, SC; uncle and aunt, Edward and Janice Shelton of Spartanburg, SC; along with several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
