Mr. Christopher Lamont Nicholas, of 2523 Pinestream Drive, was born in Charlotte, NC, on August 15, 1963. He departed this life on July 15, 2025. He was the son of the late Manuel and Edith Nicholas.

Chris graduated from Independence High School, Class of 1981 He attended Rutledge and Kings College where he earned a degree in accounting.

Chris worked numerous jobs throughout his career at Finance of America, iQor, Toyota of North Charlotte, AXA Equitable Life Insurance, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Spectrum and Charter Communications.

Chris was a fan favorite of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Los Angeles Lakers.

Chris leaves to cherish his memories his brothers, Sentron Nicholas, Ricardo Nicholas; his aunts, Mary Grier, Jessie Donald, Phyllis Polk; his uncles, Haywood Polk, Frank Goodwin of Columbia, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
