Mr. Cleveland Edward Flowe, Jr., surrounded by his loving family peacefully left This earth to join his heavenly Father on June 3, 2015. He was born to the late Cleveland and late Emma Freeland Flowe on June 16, 1932. He is survived by his wife, Mildred "Kathy" Flowe; son, Cleveland E. Flowe, III of Morrow, Ga.; and daughter, Cassaundra Pointer (Barry) of Charlotte, NC; three grandsons, Christopher Flowe, Barry and Blake Pointer; and a sister, Betty Pierce (Raymond). He is also survived By a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at First United Presbyterian Church located at 406 North College Street in Charlotte. Visitation is at 12 noon Omega Service at 12:30 p.m. and Homegoing Service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at York Memorial Park. Flowers are welcomed however donations can be made to First United Presbyterian Church Scholarship Fund or the Parkinson Foundation.
