Mr. Clifford Tinsley, Jr., 85 of Detroit, MI, formerly of Charlotte, passed away on November 17, 2017. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Blessed Harvest Institute,
5522 Statesville Rd. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery.
