Connie Stitt of Charlotte, NC passed on September 17, 2015 at Carolinas Medical Center-Main. The funeral service will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, September 27, 2015 at Grier Funeral Service Chapel. Family visitation is 1:00- 2:00 pm prior to the service.
