Corine P. Cureton, 85, of Charlotte, North Carolina, transitioned from life to glory on Thursday, May 5, 2022.

Corine was a beautiful person.  She enjoyed long walks, doing puzzles, reading books and tending flowers.

She attended West Charlotte Senior High School.  There she completed the cosmetology program and became a licensed cosmetologist upon her graduation.

Corine married her high school sweetheart, Willie Lee Cureton.  She worked as a cosmetologist.  She also worked at the S&H Green Stamp Store, Belk's Department Store and at American Efird Mills as a supervisor.

She was a member of Little Rock A.M.E. Zion Church.

Corine will be truly missed.  She leaves behind an aunt, Jane Green; brother, Richard Caldwell; sister, Diane Caldwell; nephew, Fareed R. Thomas; and a host of other relatives and friends.
