Mr. Damion Lamar Ware, 43 of Charlotte, departed this earthly life on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at his residence. He was born December 2, 1997 and was the son of Patricia Gaston and the late Odell Ware, Jr.  He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ellen Alexander; his grandfather, Odell Ware, Sr.; and one son, Aaron Shuford.  Damion had a special place in his heart for his grandmother, Mary Ware.

Damion attended J.T. Williams Middle School and East Mecklenburg High School.  He enjoyed exploring new things and living his life to the fullest each and every day.  Some of his career accomplishments include, but not limited to Kirby Vacuum, Parrish Tires, and Make-A-Move Moving Company until his health prevented him from continuing his employment.

Damion, who was affectionately known as "Fruit" by family and friends, grew up in Hidden Valley Community where he touched the hearts of everyone who came in contact with him.  "Fruit" was a very intelligent man who loved fashion.  Everyone can agree that he loved the Lord and was a great "Man of God."

Damion Lamar Ware leaves to celebrate his life and memories his mother, Patricia Gaston; his loving wife, Tamika Ware, affectionately known to him as "Beauty"; his children, Damion Ware II, Dekoven Ware, Jovone Sellers, Shy'Brea Sellers, Shi'Dae Sellars and Sha'Dasia Sellars; brothers, Cedric Ware, Aljamar Williams (Alexis); one sister, Angela Martin (Curtis); brothers-in-law, Brandon Clark, Tyler Clark and Chavis McFadden; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
