Mr. Damon Lawrence Withers, the youngest son of the late Stanford Withers and Doretha Wood Withers was born April 17, 1963 in Charlotte, North Carolina and entered eternal life on May 6, 2024.

Mr. Withers was educated in Charlotte-Mecklenburg School system. He was employed with Logistics as a Warehouse Clerk until his health declined. "Baby D" was passionate about music and watching movies on TUBI. He was the bass guitarist for the 80's, 90's, group: "The Mercury Band".

Left to cherish fond memories are: his brother, Wesley; wife Charysse Butler, children Kokieta Slater of New York; Natasha Butler, Denise Butler, Cameron Butler, Warren Caldwell, and De'Shawn Caldwell; grandchildren, Jaylen Barkley, Arianna Butler, and Camaury Butler, along with a host of relatives and friends.
