Decretta Hemphill CHARLOTTE - Decretta Hemphill, 54, of Charlotte, passed on August 24, 2014, at Carolinas Medical Center. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at 12 noon in Grier Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon. Interment will be private. Grier Funeral Service, 115 John McCarroll Avenue, Charlotte (704-332-7109) is in charge of arrangements.
