Mrs. Denise Hamilton of Charlotte, passed away on November 19, 2012 at Northeast Medical, Concord. Funeral service will be held at Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church 15000 York Road on Monday at 2:00 p.m. The body will lie in state beginning at 12 noon and visitation with the family will be from 1:30 - 2:00 p.m. Entombment will be at York Memorial Park.
