Diana Marie Douglas was born on June 30, 1981 in West Palm Beach Florida.  She was the daughter of the late Joyce L. Douglas and Willie Lee Douglas, Jr.  Diana passed  away as a result of a tragic accident on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.  She was 41.

Diana moved to Charlotte in 1985 with her mom and siblings at age 3.  She attended Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools until coming into the workforce.  She was taking online classes to complete her GED.

She was employed as a machine operator and worked with her friend/uncle, Miles, at the shop.

Diana was a free spirit and the life of the party.  She always wore a smile and would help anyone she could.  Tha Blvd Family can attest to that.

She loved her son Devone Douglas dearly, her three sisters, Dayana Douglas of Charlotte, NC, Tasha Douglas of Gastonia, NC and Sabreem Mack of Greensboro, NC; her baby brother, Karim Douglas (Allison) of Charlotte, NC; and a very best friend, Yolanda Sampson (Nick) and friend, Bianca Howie.

She adored her nieces, Tiesha Marie, Kayla, Jasmine (Diquan) Daysia, Karma, Zakiya, Zakia and Demya and Zemya; nephews, Brian Jr., Jaylon, Karim Jr., Neshawn, Demyus, Kamyus and Kingston; great-nieces, Ineria and Harmony; great-nephews, Ezra, Decario, Noah; one aunt, Saundra Smith of Charlotte, NC and a host of special cousins, relatives and friends (Tha Blvd).

In addition to her parents, Diana was preceded in death by her uncles, John D. Douglas, James "Kenny" Logan (her favorite uncle); her brother, Numyra "Kid" Douglas; grandmothers, Thelma and Christine; grandfathers, James Earl Logan and Willie Douglas, Sr.
