Donald B.W. Evans, Jr., 55 of Charlotte, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Atrium Health-Main.  He was born August 29, 1964 in Carlisle, Pennsylvania to Donald B.W. Evans, Sr. and Benilda Evans Lopez.

Donald was the first of four children raised in New York and California.  He was educated in Staten Island, NY and Long Beach, CA.  He attended University of California Berkeley.

Donald was loving son, big brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many.  He was known for his vast knowledge on various topics such as computer programming, hydroponics, religion and automobiles. Donald's life experiences blessed him with the ability to offer meaningful advice and guidance to his family and friends.

Donald will forever be missed and loved by his mother, Benilda Evans Lopez, a special friend, Shannon T. Parker; brother, Dominic Evans; sisters, Francesca Evans and Alana Lopez; nieces and nephews, Dominic Jr., Mia, Dominique, Lelani and Lundyn; and a host of aunts, cousins, and countless friends.
