Mrs. Effie Lou Jackson 79, of Charlotte, passed away on October 31, 2016 at her residence. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Progressive Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Beatties Ford Memorial Garden.
