Eliza Skye Hamilton, passed away on January 22, 2019 at Novant Health. Stillborn at 1:23 p.m. and weighing just over two pounds, she was here for only a short time passing through earth to make Heaven her permanent home.  Though her life was fleeting, she leaves an indelible footprint and lifetime of love in the hearts of family and loved ones.  Left to grieve her loss are her parents, her maternal and paternal grandparents, countless uncles and aunts, and host of other family members and friends.

God made a sweet child

a child who never grew old

He mad a smile of sunshine

He molded a heart of pure gold.

He made that child

as close to an angel as anyone ever could be

God mad a sweet child

and He gave that dear child to me

But now my Sweet Child is an angel

Free from hurt and pain
