Ella Marie Outing of Charlotte, passed away on September 22, 2015 at her residence. Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Friday, October 2, 2015 at Grier Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be from 11:00 to 12 noon. Interment will be at York Memorial Park.
