Mrs. Ella Phifer Roseboro, 74 of Charlotte, passed away on April 22, 2016 at Novant Health Presbyterian. Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Friday, April 29, 2016 at Weeping Willow A.M.E. Zion. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon. Burial will follow at Beatties Ford Memorial Garden.
