Mr. Ellis Duane Waugh, 84 of Charlotte passed away on Friday, February 10, 2017 at Novant Health. Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Ebenezer Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Garden.
