Mrs. Emma "Deanie" Maxwell transitioned on May 26, 2016. Visitation is at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2016, followed by a 12 noon service at First United Presbyterian Church, 201 East Seventh Street.  Deanie was a news reporter, talk show host and proprietor of Deanie's Boutiques.  She is survived by Melanie Renee Maxwell, her daughter.
