The service to celebrate the life of Emmette "Frank" Pharr will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 1401 Allen Street, Charlotte. Swank ceremony will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by visitation with service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Frank went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 9, 2018 after a long battle with ALS.
