Mrs. Essie Goode Garvin, 94 of Charlotte, passed away on July 10, 2017 at Novant Health Presbyterian. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 14, 2017 at Victory Christian Center. Visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Langrum Branch Baptist Church, York, S.C.
