Mr. Eugene Perkins, 71 of Charlotte, passed away on July 23, 2017 at CMC-Main.  Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Friday, July 28, 2017 at Grier Memorial Chapel.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon.  Burial will follow at Rutherford Memorial Park, Concord.
