Mrs. Evelyn Linda Grier Robinson, 70 of Charlotte, departed this life on Monday, December 21, 2020 at Pelican Health and Randolph Medical Facility.  She was born November 6, 1950 in Concord, NC.  She was dedicated evangelist who made each person feel as her favorite.  She was devoted to ministry and loving people.  Linda started her preaching ministry 44 years ago and continued it at Zion Moriah Holiness Church for many years.  She preached fire and brimstone and warned everyone to get ready before you burn in hell for ever and ever and ever. She believed in miracles and anointing of oil for all your problems.

Linda worked in the textiles, manufacturing, and industrial industry as a machine operator and just recently retired.  She was a vivid, animated writer and poet and always wanted to write her life story.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Annie P. Grier and brothers, Alonzo & Henry Grier.

She is survived by her husband, William O. Robinson; brothers, Willie Grier (Mae Helen), and Calvin Grier (Gaynell); sisters, Sylvia Harris, Minnie Franklin (Thomas), Mae Grier, and Mellena Grier; sister-in-law, Annie F. Grier and a host of nieces and nephews.
