Mrs. Fannie O. Sullivan, 80 years of age, of Syracuse, New York, peacefully entered eternal life at Charlotte Rehabilitation Center (Charlotte, NC) on December 14, 2022, with her daughter, Sonia Sullivan, at her bedside after battling a long illness.  Born to the late Lucille Shaw (Tennial) and Albert Duffie Sr. on June 10, 1942 in Kings Tree, South Carolina.  Fannie moved from Kings Tree, SC at an early age to Syracuse, New York, where she met her late husband F.H. Sullivan.  Following a house fire that took place, she transitioned to Charlotte, North Carolina where she made it her permanent residence.

She joins her family who precedes in her death, her parents, Lucille Tennial and Albert Duffie.  Her mother's second husband, Connell Tennial, Her Husband, F.H. Sullivan, sisters, Patricia Duffie, and brother Albert Duffie Jr.

Fannie graduated from Central Tech School (Syracuse, New York), where she also completed some college. She then began a career with GE, Bristol Myers, and Owens Brockway Illinois Glass Company in Volney, New York, where she later retired after 22 years as a supervisor.  Fannie enjoyed spending time with family and traveling every change she got.  She loved to go fishing and enjoyed being an urban farmer.  Even as of woman of God, she also enjoyed spending time in casinos to gamble.

She is survived by her loving family who will continue to cherish her memory forever; Daughter, Sonia Sullivan, and son Sully Sullivan both of Charotte, North Carolina.  Sisters, Williemae Johnson (Thomas) of Charlotte, North Carolina, Lisa Tennial; Sister-In-Law, Thelma Sullivan, and brother Issac Duffie all of Syracuse, New York.  She also leaves behind her grandchildren; Antoinette Henderson, and Bianca Gray (Johnathan) both of Charlotte, NC, Tashea Sullivan, Sully Sullivan Jr. and Tierra Sullivan of Syracuse, New York, and Shanice Hadgood (Jonathan) of Columbia, South Carolina, and seven great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
