On July 15, 2020 at 4:17am the woman known as Francena Tinsley Pelotte closed her eyes to take her final rest.
She was preceded in death by all of her siblings,Clifford Tinsley, Jr., Hayward Tinsley, Mary L. (Tinsley) Fite, Alice L. Tinsley, and Charles Tinsley, ex-husband, Robert Pelotte, and her best friend Beverly White.
