Frances Laverne Lowery, 67, of Louisiana, formerly of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020 in New Orleans Louisiana.  She was born in York County, South Carolina to Anthony Eldwyn Lowery and Bythenia Davidson on June 19, 1953.

Frances was educated through the Charlotte Mecklenburg School System.  She retired from Snow White Cleaners after many years of service.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers and one grandson.

Frances leaves to cherish her memories three sons, Jasper Lowery, Christopher Lowery and Nicholas Lowery (Christina) and one daughter, Yolanda Massey all of Charlotte; her granddaughter, Miracle Hale, who she raised since an infant; eleven other grandchildren; two brothers, David Roberts and Dahfir Qays; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
