Mrs. Frances Meadows of Wingate, NC, passed on January 27, 2014 at Carolinas Medical Center-Union, Monroe,NC. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Olive Methodist Church in Monroe, NC. Visitation will be on Friday,January 31, 2013 from 12 noon to 3:00 p.m. at the church and on Saturday, February 1, 2014 from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service
