Mr. Eugene "Frank" Grier, 86 of Charlotte, entered the arms of his Heavenly Father on Monday, February 14, 2022 at Novant Presbyterian Hospital Main, Charlotte, NC.  He was born in Charlotte, NC on July 20, 1935 to the late Lizzie Bryant Grier and Charlie Grier.

Frank was educated through Charlotte Mecklenburg School System.  He started work in the Logistics field, Frank was employed by Phillip Morrison, Holly Farms, and Overnight Transportation for over 30 years.  Although Frank retired he still continued doing Janitorial work for Napa, Coca Cola, and Morris Jenkins.

In Frank's leisure time he loved taking family vacations and fishing.  Frank was a man of faith and was a member of Freedom Christian Center "FCC" for many years.

Frank is survived by his wife, Mrs. Margaret Grier and two daughters; Dorothy Jean Grier and Arnetha Grier Jenkins (Timothy).

He was preceded in death by his only son, Tony Vernell Kennedy "TK" and his brother, Luther Davis "Bill" Grier.

Frank is also survived by nine grandchildren: Andre (Violena), LeRone (Lacandra), Nicole, Tontesia, Stephen, Jairus (Desiree), Takia, Takara and Joshua.

He was truly blessed with eighteen great grandchildren: Levontae, Emerald, Jazmine, Kamryn, Ariya, Jayden, Kuhmari, Travis, Caleigh, Amir, Nadya, Prince, Shine, Supreme, Hayden, Jamison, Rico, and August, along with a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
