Gabriel Michael Jacobs, son of Pastor Frank and Kim Jacobs (Rock Worship Center Church of God in Christ), was born on January 17, 2003. He passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of 12 on Thursday, April 9, 2015. He attended Countryside Montessori for his Pre-K experience. He attended Mallard Creek Elementary School from kindergarten through fifth grade as an honor student and was voted "Most likely to be Famous". He was a 6th grader, A/B honor roll student at Northwest Cabarrus Middle School. He was beloved by all that knew him. He had an unbelievable ability to connect with anybody and make everyone feel special. Gabriel was known for having a big heart. Gabriel is survived by his parents, Pastor Frank and Kimberly Jacobs; brothers, Frank Jacobs Jr., Ivan, Jeremiah; a sister, Jayla; and host of other relatives and friends. The Celebration of Gabriel's life will be held at 1:00 PM (Viewing 10 AM - 1 PM) on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at The Rock Worship Center Church of God in Christ, Steele Creek Campus, located at 13925 Erwin Road, Charlotte, NC 28273.
