Mr. Gary Anthony "Tommy" Miller, 58 was the son of the late Billy Miller and the late Nellie E. Pate Miller. He was born on March 13, 1961 in Charlotte, North Carolina. He departed this life Sunday, February 2, 2020 at The Citadel at Myers Park Care Center.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Joyce Pettis.

Gary attended Charlotte –Mecklenburg Schools. Gary was a very talented Musician who could Play several different instruments including keyboard and guitar. He played with several local bands in North and South Carolina. He was a naturally "gifted" Artist who painted and sketched portraits and landscapes. He also created signage and advertisements for local businesses.

Gary had a very good sense of humor and made friends very easily.

Gary leaves to mourn his memories 4 children, the youngest being Darian Anthony Miller, two brothers, Jackie Miller of New York, Ronald (Cynthia) Miller of Catawba, South Carolina, three sisters, Gwendolyn Morris, Deborah (Johnny) Jefferson, and Yolanda Miller all of Charlotte, North Carolina and a host of nieces and nephews. Gary also leaves a special friend, Jennifer Rogers.
