Miss. Geneva Hudson, 80 of Charlotte, passed away on July 29, 2020 at Levine & Dickson-Huntersville.  She was the daughter of the late Mary and Joseph Hudson.  She was born on May 20, 1940 in Charlotte, NC.

She was a devoted daughter and mother.  She was a long standing member of St. Paul Baptist Church for over 45 years, helping out where she could in the community and with the family until she became ill.  Mother had a zest for life and fashion and truly loved us all.

Proceeding her in death were three sisters, Mrs. Laura M. Jones, Mrs. Ella M. Hudson of Charlotte, NC and Annie H. Oxyner of Raleigh, NC; one brother, Mr. Joe Hudson; and two children, Miss. Mary L. Hudson of Florida and Mr. Joseph E. Hudson of Charlotte, NC.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories four daughters, Mrs. Debra A.H. Woods of Mesa, Arizona, Mrs. Angelia H.M. Lucear of Loganville, GA, Josephine E.H. McKinney and Carolyn A. Hudson, both of Charlotte, NC; nine grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren, three sisters, Virginia Hudson Brice, Juanita Thompson and Doris Hudson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
